Job Role
Respond to customer queries through non – voice channels such as letters, email, SMS and web chat. whilst ensuring quality and In-line with the defined standards Enhance customer relations and maintain exceptionally high standards of service during customer interactionsBe responsible in enhancing service delivery and customer experience through non – voice channels whilst ensuring accurate and timely responses to queries Escalate customer feedback and suggestions to the respective stakeholders on a timely  manner

Qualification and Experience 

Pass GCE (A/L) examination. with a Distinction for English language of the GCE (O/L) examination Possess excellent writing skills in English and Sinhala Minimum one years’ experience in a Contact Centre or similar field Good interpersonal skills and telephone etiquette Be highly organized, proactive and energetic with a positive attitude Must be competent in Microsoft Office Packages. (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Be a team player with the ability to interact with staff at all levels
